BABY 101
This workshop is designed for new parents-to-be and will address the common questions and concerns that arise after the midwife leaves, or after you bring the baby home from the hospital through his/her first weeks of life as you keep your sanity intact.
Topics of discussion will include: sleeping, crying, feeding, bathing, diaper changing, bonding, self-care for YOU and more. You will learn what a healthy newborn looks like (there are lots of things that seem like they couldn’t possibly be normal, but are!).
Time will be allotted for ALL your questions.
