Class Cancellation Policy | Bend and BLossom

In the event that Ocean/ Monmouth County Schools are closed for snow or inclement weather, classes at Bend & Blossom will be canceled as well. Private in-home and evening classes will be held at the discretion of the instructor. Cancellation notifications will be sent out by email, so please check your email, our Schedule Link, or our Facebook page for any updates. If there is any question on whether class will be held, please email or give us a call at 732-784-3161.

Refund Policy

Bend & Blossom only offers refunds if we cancel the class, series or workshop. We will offer a refund if you are scheduled to attend a HypnoBirthing® Series, Childbirth Preparation Class, and/or Breastfeeding Class and you have the baby before you are able to attend any portion of the class.

If you are unable to attend a class or workshop, you may request an exchange prior to the start of the class or workshop. This means that your class fee will become a credit to your account at Bend & Blossom. Account credits expire 6 months from the date of issue. Credits are only good towards classes that are offered directly by Bend & Blossom.Exchanges requested after the start of the class or workshop will not be granted.

If your workshop is a series (multiple dates) and the workshop series has started, no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The same applies to Yoga Class Packages. There will be no refunds, extensions or exchanges for a yoga class package once the first class in the package has been used.

For cancellation of services for Private Classes or Services, there will be a $25 processing fee.
