In considering the often confusing and overwhelming amount of information available during your pregnancy, we have designed these packages which we feel provide you with the absolute essentials in preparing for your birth celebration and your baby’s arrival. These special prices are only available if all the services in the package are purchased at the same time. *No refunds, no pro-rated specials, no extensions.

- Full Doula Services Package
- Six Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga Classes (weekly group sessions only)

- Full Doula Services Package

- Six hours of Postpartum & Newborn Support
Full Doula Services
- Unlimited phone/ text/ email/ Skype
- 2 prenatal visits (initial meeting and one around the 36th week to review birth plan)
- Continuous support during your labor, birth, and immediate postpartum
- Continuous support for 14 days after your baby is born via phone/ text/ email/ Skype
- Immediate assistance with Breastfeeding at your birth and for 14 days after your baby is born
- Birth Photography of you and baby and partner (after baby is born, unless otherwise specified)
- Access to my local resources and additional support people where beyond my scope of practice. For example, postpartum doula, photographer, nutritionist, lactation consultant.
- Additional support as needed in unforeseen circumstances, i.e Breech Baby, etc.
- 1 Postpartum visit
Everything But the Birth
- Everything included in the Full Doula Services package, except face to face labor and birth support
- Six Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga Classes (weekly group sessions only)

- Aromatherapy & Acupressure for labor
- Natural Comfort Measures taught to you and your birth partner, privately.
