~ Each month you will receive 2 personalized one-to-one calls with Nicole. In this call, you can talk about anything you want regarding your pelvic floor and being healthier, etc. I always have a theme for the conversation but the floor is open. You will get homework, interesting homework that you will enjoy and learn from.

~ Unlimited email/text support. Send me your questions and updates throughout our time together. I’ll guide and support you any time of day or night.
