Bend & Blossom Presents… RoadMap to Baby®!

Our new and exciting online program, RoadMap to Baby, is a mind-body approach to preparing to have a baby that is based on the holistic model. It’s where Doula-meets-Coach to bring you my unique qualities of support and most informative and empowering style of education, self-hypnosis, and creative process.

RoadMap to Baby® is set up as an eight-week online support program to optimize your fertility, whether you are at the beginning of your journey or much further down the road. This program will give you the tools to start focusing on doing things a little differently and seeing things from a different perspective. It’s like taking a step outside yourself and looking in. Now is the time to take back the power that has been yours all along and start feeling empowered!

~ Each week through the course you will receive an email with all of your course work, a link to the call-in, and homework. The course materials and homework are designed to give you all the tools you need to make positive changes to your lifestyle, mind, and health.

~ FREE 50 Minute Coaching Call. I want to hear all about your journey, get to know you, and share a little about who I am and tell you a bit of my own story.

~ Unlimited email support throughout the course. Send me your questions and updates throughout the program. I’ll guide and support you on your journey.
